Service Description
In this course, we will strengthen our back, spine and core muscles together. I always start with the feet and work all the way up with you, showing you the connections between all the processes in the body and the importance they have for each other, for example, the importance of the feet when you suffer from back pain. We will look at a typical day of yours and I will give you tips on how to incorporate regular small exercises into your daily routine to get a stronger back.
